WORK/CLEAN UP DAY 2026

WHAT TO EXPECT: WE WILL BE WORKING TOGETHER TO GET OUR POOL SUMMER READY BY PICKING UP TRASH, PULLING WEEDS AND CLEANING UP FLOWER BEDS, PRESSURE WASHING, PAINTING, CLEANING GUARD HOUSE ETC.
NEW MANAGER ALERT!
Byrd Spring is proud to announce that the manager for the 2026 season will be our very own, Sam Vasquez! Sam was first introduced to Byrd Spring when he was 7 and has spent much of his life learning the ins and outs of our pool. He brings a wealth of knowledge on the day-to-day operations and maintenance. We are so lucky to have him!
POOL CLOSURE-JUNE 1ST
We are trying something new this year! Instead of having our annual back to school Chaffee luau, we are having an end of the year Chaffee pool party! The pool will be closed from 5-8 pm on June 1st so the kiddos can celebrate!

PAY YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES BY MAY 1ST. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 1ST ARE SUBJECT TO THE $100 LATE FEE+DUES.
