HOUSEHOLD EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

• FEES:

  • Equity Ownership Investment- $200 Buy In 

  • Annual Summer Dues $525/yr (online purchase option adds PayPal fees)

  • Owner in Byrd Spring Aquatic Association 

  • Voting rights on pool decisions

  • Swim any time the pool is open - Applies only to the individuals named on membership application LIVING in the SAME household.

  • Discounted yearly summer fees

  • May rent the pool for parties​

  • Option to sell your membership when you leave

  • Applies only to the individuals named on membership application

  • Babysitters & children the adult member babysits may also be covered by this membership without incurring any additional fees. 

  • May bring a limit of 10 non-member guests per day, at the usual guest rate. If additional guests would like to attend, contact the pool to schedule an event. See Guest Policy for details.

INDIVIDUAL EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

• FEES: for Individuals 18 and over only - not available for minors

  • Equity Ownership Investment- $200  (One time cost FIRST summer plus Annual Summer Dues paid every year to keep Equity Membership in good standing.) 

  • Annual Summer Dues $300/yr (online purchase option adds PayPal fees)

• BENEFITS

  • ​Provides full pool access and privileges as regular household equity membership, with these limitations:

  • 1) applies only to the single individual 18 and older named on membership application (one person); 

    • No babysitters or children that you babysit may be included on this membership. No other people living with you may be included. They will be required to pay a guest fee when visiting.

  • 2) Any other person(s) wishing to use the pool with this individual member will pay guest fees according to the guest policy. Limited to 10 non-member guests per visit, at the usual guest rate. If additional guests would like to attend, contact the pool to schedule an event. See Guest Policy for details.

SENIOR EQUITY MEMBERSHIP

• FEES: for 2 Individuals 60+ ONLY residing at the same address

  • Equity Ownership Investment- $200 (One time cost FIRST summer plus Annual Summer Dues paid every year to keep Equity Membership in good standing.)

  • Annual Summer Dues $360/yr (online purchase option adds PayPal fees)

• BENEFITS

  • ​Provides full pool access and privileges as regular household equity membership, with these limitations:

  • 1) applies only to 2 individuals 60+ named on membership application, who reside at the same address. and

    • No babysitters or children that you babysit may be included on this membership. No other people living with you may be included. They will be required to pay a guest fee when visiting.

  • 2) Any other person(s) wishing to use the pool with these senior members will pay guest fees according to the guest policy. Limited to 10 non-member guests per visit, at the usual guest rate. If additional guests would like to attend, contact the pool to schedule an event. See Guest Policy for details.

SWIM TEAM ONLY MEMBERSHIP

• FEES 

  • $125 membership + per child participation fees - renewable each summer

  •  If you are already a member, you only pay the per child participation fees.

• BENEFITS

  • Access to the pool during swim team practice and events.

  • Participation in all team activities

SUMMER-ONLY MEMBERSHIP

• FEES 

  • $695.00 (online purchase option adds PayPal fees). Non-Members can buy a Limited One-year temporary membership with non-voting status AND no ownership. 

• BENEFITS​

  • Only Summer Events included - Memorial Day-Labor Day 

  • Renewable for second year only if Board approves, case-by-case review 

  • Non-Transferable
