Make your next celebration a splash! BSAA members can reserve the pool for birthday parties, team celebrations, family gatherings, and other special occasions.
Choose a party during regular pool hours or reserve an after-hours private event for a celebration that’s all your own.
Parties During Regular Pool Hours
Celebrate during regular operating hours while enjoying the energy of a summer day at Byrd Spring. The pool will remain open to other BSAA members during your event.
Up to 24 attendees: $125 for two hours
25–50 attendees: $200 for two hours
Private After-Hours Parties
Enjoy the pool outside of regular operating hours with lifeguard staffing included.
Up to 24 attendees: $200 for two hours
25–50 attendees: $300 for two hours
Important Rental Policies

Pool rentals are available to BSAA members only.

All parties and group activities require advance approval.

Members and their guests must follow all BSAA pool and safety rules.

The reserving member is responsible for any damage caused by members of their party.

Alcohol, illegal drugs, and gambling are prohibited anywhere on BSAA property.

Rental availability is subject to the pool schedule and lifeguard staffing.
Reserving Your Party

Please submit your rental request at least three weeks in advance. This allows us time to review availability, approve the event, and arrange appropriate lifeguard staffing.

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your approved date and time.

Please don’t submit a deposit or payment until you receive confirmation that your party has been approved.
